Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship provider specialising in Digital, Technology and IT training. This AI Skills Coach role is based on-site in Darlington with hybrid options after probation and an attractive salary package.

You will manage apprentices, deliver coaching sessions, and support the End Point Assessment process while ensuring quality and learner engagement across AI and Digital programmes.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification (AET, PGCE, PCET or equivalent) or relevant apprenticeship delivery experience.
• Experience delivering AI, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or related programmes.
• Strong coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices across AI and Digital programmes.
• Deliver workshops, micro-teaches and coaching sessions.
• Support learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessment preparation.
• Maintain programme quality, compliance and learner documentation.
• Monitor learner engagement, progress and achievement.

Hybrid |Darlington- County Durham

This position will be based on site 5 days per week during probation period

Salary:£41,200 - £46,350 + Cohort Success & Progression Bonus

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship provider specialising in Digital, Technology and IT training.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital, AI or Business Transformation professional to join a high-performing apprenticeship delivery team and support the development of the next generation of AI and Digital talent.

The Opportunity

As an AI Skills Coach for Apprenticeships, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, providing coaching, mentoring and training support throughout their learning journey. You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve successful outcomes whilst supporting programme quality, compliance and learner engagement.

This role combines coaching, workshop delivery, stakeholder management and programme oversight, making it ideal for someone passionate about developing talent within the Digital and AI sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices across AI and Digital programmes
• Deliver workshops, micro-teaches and coaching sessions
• Support learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessment preparation
• Maintain programme quality, compliance and learner documentation
• Monitor learner engagement, progress and achievement
• Attend standardisation and quality meetings
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of apprenticeship provision
• Maintain up-to-date industry and occupational knowledge

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Teaching qualification (AET, PGCE, PCET or equivalent) or relevant apprenticeship delivery experience
• Experience delivering AI, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or related programmes
• Strong coaching, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded learning
• Confident using learning technologies, databases and digital systems

Desirable

• Degree or professional qualification in IT, Digital, Business, Data or a related discipline
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded learning
• AI, Change Management or Power Platform certifications
• Experience with cloud technologies, data platforms or digital transformation tools
• Understanding of compliance, governance or ESG frameworks
