Job summary

Leeds City College is seeking an Apprentice Digital Innovation (Level 3) to join the Digital Innovation team. You will provide face‑to‑face hands‑on support to staff exploring educational technology and AI tools, delivering quick‑start guides, basic training, and one‑to‑one help to make technology accessible for everyone.

Qualifications

Level 2 English and Maths required; commitment to Level 3 apprenticeship.
Good communication; able to explain tech simply.
Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Canva.

Responsibilities

Co‑deliver workshops, webinars, and drop‑in sessions on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, and AI apps.
Create simple how‑to guides, video tutorials, and cheat sheets.
Provide 1‑to‑1 support to staff with lower digital confidence.
Help develop AI resources to support staff with admin tasks and lesson planning.
Troubleshoot everyday software issues and escalate when needed.
Promote accessible resources and safe digital practices.
