Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Logistics Support Officer to manage IT equipment flow, asset tracking and deployment coordination across Lincolnshire sites. You will maintain accurate records and work closely with clinical and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and returns.

The role requires strong administrative skills, competence with Windows and Microsoft 365, and a willingness to travel across sites. A supportive environment and NHS pension are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma level qualification in a computing related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced ECDL or equivalent knowledge.
• Customer Service Qualification.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple and Android endpoints.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel across sites/county.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, distribution, collection, and disposal of IT equipment.
• Maintain asset and stock records in Asset Management System and CMDB.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and service requests with technical teams and end users.
• Support replenishment of local emergency stock locations and device provisioning services.
• Monitor stock levels, perform audits, and identify replenishment requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve logistics queries.
• Assist with process improvements and compliance with Digital Services procedures.
• Support projects and BAU activities through effective logistics planning.
