Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Operations Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Rugby, Warwickshire.

Shift Information
  • This is a late shift role, operating from 2pm - 10pm
Responsibilities
  • Oversee digitisation, receiving, warehousing, distribution and operations.
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers.
  • Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
  • Train, coach and motivate the DS team.
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly.
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Add value to IM customers with continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for understanding and implementing the company safety and security policies, processes and procedures, including conducting health and safety risk assessments within your department and ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe.
  • Comply with the required statutory reporting for occupational health and safety.
