About the Role…

We have an exciting vacancy for a Digital Project Manager to join our IT department at EG Group. EG Group has embarked on a standardisation project utilising industry standard software solutions and project methodologies to manage their portfolio. This standardisation supports the ongoing development of the project and Software Development Lifecycle, while ensuring digital risks and controls are effectively managed.

Reporting to the PMO Operations Manager, this role will be part of the digital project management office, responsible for delivering successful project implementations. You will work closely with key stakeholders, SMEs, digital teams, and external partners, overseeing programs and projects throughout their lifecycle to meet business requirements and adhere to governance standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with project team members to gain trust and provide support throughout all project stages.
• Managing the full project lifecycle using ServiceNow Strategic Planning Module.
• Leading activities from initiation to delivery, utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Preparing business cases, defining scope and goals, conducting cost/benefit analyses, planning resources, and managing risks, issues, stakeholder communications, testing, data migration, go-live, post-support, benefits realization, and lessons learned.
• Tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, managing risks and issues, escalating exceptions, overseeing stakeholder and Steering Group management, reporting progress, and generating artefacts to meet digital risk and control standards.
• Collaborating with the business, IT Group Programme Director, PMO Operations Manager, and PMO Lead to resource and support all project stages, ensuring active user participation and compliance with quality and governance standards.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience
• Prince 2 Practitioner Certification (waterfall / agile) or equivalent
• Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
