An exciting opportunity has become available within the Alder Hey Digital Projects Team. We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Senior Project Manager to support various projects outlined in our digital strategy.
The role involves managing the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects within a range of Digital Programmes underway at the Trust. Responsibilities include planning, supporting, facilitating, and monitoring progress across projects, ensuring that outcomes and benefits are achieved in collaboration with the project sponsor.
As one of Europe’s largest and busiest children’s hospitals, Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust treats everything from common illnesses to highly complex and specialist conditions. Our services extend beyond our main hospital site to community sites, clinics across Merseyside, Cumbria, Shropshire, Wales, and the Isle of Man, and a specialized inpatient unit for children with complex mental health needs.
Alder Hey boasts a vibrant research portfolio, leading studies in children’s medicines, infection, inflammation, and oncology. We are recognized as a global leader in children’s healthcare and research, contributing to public health, pioneering research, and educating future children’s health specialists. Our Innovation Hub fosters collaboration between clinicians and industries to develop new products and technologies.
We understand that a children’s hospital is more than just treating illnesses; it’s about caring for each child as an individual. We aim to ensure children feel happy, safe, and confident as they play, learn, and grow, supporting their families as well.
