About the role

We are looking for a technically minded Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month basis, covering a period of parental leave. This role sits within JustGiving’s Digital Services team, responsible for creating and delivering digital solutions, applications, and microsites for the UK’s leading Charities.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, you’ll work alongside our Commercial and CRM Teams, Engineers, and Consultants to deliver fundraising campaigns for JustGiving’s Enterprise Charity Partners.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure projects are scoped and executed appropriately, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Collaborate effectively with Charity Partners and internal teams using excellent communication skills.
• Lead key project meetings including Kick-offs, Work in Progress, and Retrospectives.
• Create and manage project backlogs using preferred project management tools.
• Drive efficiency across development and project management areas.
• Organise and complete user acceptance testing.

What we need from you

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Technically minded, with experience in CMS tools, APIs, and managing third-party integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC in digital project management.
