Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Controls Managers to deliver controls across major infrastructure projects in London and the South East. You will lead the programme controls function, ensuring accurate plans, cost tracking, safety, and performance reporting, and maintain GRIP-aligned processes at programme and project levels.

The role requires proven background in rail, aviation, water/utilities or highways, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions in large projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Project Controls across infrastructure projects in London and the South East.
• Lead the programme controls function for a programme, ensuring accuracy of plans, costs, safety, and reporting.
• Establish effective control processes in compliance with GRIP and programme directives.
• Review project proposals and allocate resources to delivery plans.
• Provide day‑to‑day reporting support to Programme and Project Managers on plans, costs and performance.
