Turner & Townsend is looking for a PMO Data & Reporting Lead to drive advanced reporting and data analytics for major infrastructure programmes in the UK. The role emphasizes P3M-based controls, data modelling, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site projects.

You will design dashboards with Power BI and Excel, integrate data from multiple systems, and lead client engagements while mentoring junior staff. A strong background in digital transformation and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/reporting analyst roles within project/programme environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (macros/automation).
• Experience designing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate needs into solutions.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of data-driven solutions for infrastructure programmes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and related platforms.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Build scalable data models to support enterprise reporting.
• Provide guidance on data quality, governance and reporting best practices.
