You will define the vision, roadmap and priorities for a key area of Nationwide’s website, app and Internet Bank. You’ll translate customer insights and business objectives into actionable plans and measurable improvements that enhance digital journeys for millions of customers.

• Experience as a Product Owner delivering and optimising digital customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of website journeys, customer behaviour and performance metrics.
