Nationwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Design to set the strategic direction for content across its digital estate, including the website, app and Internet Bank. You will lead a high‑performing Content Design function, align content with customer needs, and drive measurable improvements in experience and performance.

Reporting to the Head of Websites, you’ll collaborate with product, design, analytics and SEO teams, champion accessibility, governance and innovation, and shape the future

Qualifications

• Experience defining content strategy for large-scale digital estates.
• Proven leadership of content teams.
• Ability to translate customer insights into priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, governance and regulatory obligations.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI-driven search and discovery trends.
