Nationwide is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Virgin Money Business Banking App, shaping the roadmap and prioritising features to enhance digital servicing for UK businesses. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to balance customer needs, regulatory obligations and commercial goals while steering the product toward measurable business outcomes.

The role offers flexible working, with 28–35 hours per week and a 12‑month secondment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment.
• Proven track record managing digital products, channels or customer journeys.
• Knowledge of customer engagement, digital adoption and performance measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and backlog for the Virgin Money Business Banking App.
• Collaborate with Technology, Design, Operations, Risk, Legal, Financial Crime and Customer Service to deliver outcomes.
• Track customer and business outcomes and maintain a well-prioritised backlog for agile teams.
• Drive digital adoption, customer engagement and measurable value through app enhancements.
