Barclay Simpson is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a consumer mobile app with potential reach of 14 million users. You will shape the app's direction and define what great looks like for the customer experience.

You will lead across product, design and technology to deliver high-impact projects, shaping journeys and ensuring the app remains the first choice for customers. This is a high-visibility, ownership-driven role within a supportive delivery team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consumer fintech (banking, investments, pensions, savings, mortgages, lending, financial services).
• Proven ownership in startup/scaleup or mid-size environment.

This is a chance to take ownership of an established but still relatively young app and make it the first place customers go to manage their finances.

There’s plenty to do. The ambition is much bigger than adding a few new features. You’ll decide what great looks like, set the mobile strategy and roadmap, rethink existing customer journeys and identify the bigger projects that will take the app to the next level.

You’ll have real freedom to challenge what’s already there and explore what’s possible, working across product, design and technology to create an experience customers genuinely want to use.

It’s a high-profile role with significant ownership, backed by a dedicated delivery team and an organisation investing heavily in improving its digital customer experience.

What you’ll need

• Demonstrable product management experience with ownership of a consumer mobile app.
• Good understanding of mobile technology and experience working closely with design and development teams.
• Experience from a consumer Fintech environment, such as banking, investments, pensions, savings, mortgages, lending, financial services.
• Proven success from a startup, scaleup or other mid-size environment where you can demonstrate true ownership.
