Job summary

Oliver James, partnered with a leading insurer, seeks an experienced systems developer to design, build and implement end-to-end automation tools on a UK contract. This hybrid London-based role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January, with a salary up to £90,000 plus 25% bonus; applicants must reside in the UK.

The position focuses on creating automation solutions with emphasis on life-insurer domain knowledge and rigorous software delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK Life Insurer.
• Python coding (designing, developing and testing code-based solutions).
• Software engineering (designing, developing and testing code-based solutions).
• Knowledge of quantitative modelling methodologies.
• Good understanding of SII and/or IFRS17.
