A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Ability to identify issues early, propose actionable solutions, and work collaboratively across teams to resolve them. Comfortable navigating change management challenges in dynamic digital transformation projects.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
A clear and concise communicator, able to effectively articulate complex ideas in both written and verbal forms. Skilled in stakeholder management, including delivering project updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making across functions.

  • Cross-Team Coordination and Leadership:
Strong leadership and coordination skills in working across multiple teams. Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and create an environment of trust and collaboration, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the portfolio. Experience leading teams without direct authority, fostering an environment of collective ownership and accountability.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Lead Digital Portfolio Strategy & Governance:

    Communication and Change Management:
Lead communication efforts across the digital portfolio, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of key developments, changes, and progress across projects. Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions when new digital products, processes, or platforms are introduced, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption across the organization.
