The Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP Digital) team is a newly formed unit within Petcare, responsible for building, launching, and scaling world-class digital products and data solutions globally. Our mission is to help our brands accelerate growth and create connected Petcare experiences that deliver on our purpose.
As Digital Portfolio Director within the Strategy & Operations function, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our digital transformation and operating model. You’ll lead the strategic management of a broad portfolio of digital initiatives—spanning digital products, platforms, and data & analytics—while driving operational excellence and governance across the digital organization
Lead Portfolio Strategy & Governance:
Define and drive the digital portfolio strategy, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities. Oversee governance processes, enabling effective decision-making, resource allocation, and agile delivery.
Run Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs):
Own and lead the MBR process for digital, providing visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities. Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders across functions.
Drive Portfolio Execution & Delivery:
Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to key outcomes. Actively manage risks and support teams in delivery.
Track KPIs & Drive Results:
Monitor and report on portfolio health using meaningful KPIs. Identify trends, surface risks, and recommend improvements.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between Digital teams and key business partners (e.g., Finance, Legal, PMO). Ensure smooth coordination and alignment.
Lead Change Management:
Develop and execute communication and change strategies to support our operating model and the rollout of new digital products and ways of working - ensuring engagement and adoption.
Foster Continuous Improvement:
Embed a mindset of learning and optimization across the portfolio. Streamline processes, promote best practices, and ensure adaptability to business needs.
8+ years leading complex digital portfolios or transformation programs
Strong grasp of both strategic portfolio management and operational delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Expertise in agile program and project management
Clear, concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience influencing without authority and leading through collaboration
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
