Job summary

Distinct | B Corp is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to shape and grow its performance offering. You will own the performance function, leading a team, guiding client strategy, and ensuring rigorous measurement and insights to drive results.

This role blends leadership with hands-on oversight across paid media and SEO strategy, coordinating with channel specialists, reporting to clients, and shaping plan development.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance with Paid Media/PPC and SEO understanding.
• Comfortable presenting to and advising clients.
• Proven people management and team development skills.
• Agency experience preferred or equivalent in-house background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across digital accounts and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Identify underperformance with channel specialists and agree optimisation plans.
• Provide Paid Media/PPC support when needed and assist with strategy and optimization.
• Act as a senior strategic contact for clients during reviews and strategy meetings.
• Review client reporting to ensure accuracy, insight and clear next steps.
• Maintain high standards across performance strategies and outputs.
• Manage, coach and develop performance specialists and align workload.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and manage capacity.
• Ensure activity supports wider client relationships and commercial goals.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance to improve efficiency and results.
