Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Director, Solutions Development with a focus on performance development. You will lead design and development for enhanced digital performance with client appeal and revenue impact, spanning social and programmatic channels.

You will collaborate across data, technology, and marketing science to shape the future of performance delivery and champion a gold-standard measurement framework within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience in media.
• Strong relationships with adtech/martech partners to enable solution development.
• Performance Marketing craft knowledge and industry POV.
• An entrepreneurial attitude with a portfolio of client solutions ahead of market maturity.
• Project management experience to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the development of best-in-market performance capabilities for Social (P1) and ideally Programmatic Display (P2).
• Lead cross-functional working groups (media, tech, marketing science, planning, activation) to deliver prioritized developments.
• Engage senior leaders to drive ideas, influence strategy, and articulate solution value.
• Network with agency practitioners and EMEA colleagues to ensure channel understanding and consistency.
• Develop and deliver a channel roadmap and troubleshoot challenges to enhance the portfolio.
