About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Insurance, Pensions and Investments (IP&I) team as a Digital Optimisation Senior Manager – Investments within the CCDO area.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Optimisation and Consumer Partnerships, this role is passionate about accelerating digital transformation in direct-to-consumer (D2C) investments.
You’ll be responsible for improving the digital investment experience through data-driven strategies, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and innovative digital solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement, streamline digital processes, and drive business growth.
This is a key role in crafting the future of our investment services, ensuring customers enjoy a flawless, intuitive, and engaging digital experience.
