Job summary

Pharmacy2U is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to lead high‑impact digital operations in a hybrid role based in Central London. You will manage B2B billing, risk assessments and business continuity while driving efficiency, scalability and transformations across processes.

The role includes liaison with NHS partners, supplier management and on-call duties as required. DOE salary with extensive benefits, permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of B2B billing, risk assessments and business continuity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train teams; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
• Oversee digital operations, driving efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement.
• Lead forecasting, stock availability, and supply chain collaboration to minimise disruption.
• Manage do-billing, reconciliation and operational reporting for accuracy.
• Drive digital transformation including automation and paperless processes.
• Coordinate with NHS partners and suppliers to improve service delivery.
