Formula 1 in Biggin Hill is recruiting a Digital Operations Support Analyst to help manage the day-to-day operations of our digital products. You will triage incidents, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive improvements to processes and documentation while supporting live events and race weekends.

The role requires clear communication, strong time management and experience with live event operations and web applications. Some travel to London-based suppliers is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience within a live event operations environment.
• Experience in user-facing web applications.
• Experience using a Service Management trouble-ticketing tool.
• Documenting and following procedures.
• Ability to understand changes to technology and their implications.

Responsabilités

• Manage new work items for the Digital Operations team by triaging incidents and acting as first contact for queries and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, ways-of-working and other service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and processes.
• Continual monitoring of live systems and proactive ticket management via the Kanban board.
• Provide operational support during non-functional testing of digital products.
• Support live digital products during race weekends and communicate with partner teams.
