Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to join the Digital Operations team. The role supports day-to-day operations of digital products with occasional travel to London-based suppliers and participation during up to 12 race weekends per season from Biggin Hill.

You will manage incoming work items, triage issues, and ensure robust documentation and processes are maintained. This position requires strong communication and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in a live event operations environment.
• Experience with user-facing web applications.
• Experience using a service management trouble-ticketing tool.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
• Ability to document and follow procedures.
• Ability to understand changes in technology and their implications.
• Strong communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Triage new incidents and act as first point of contact for queries and requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and keep documentation up to date.
• Monitor live systems and manage workload via Kanban board.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams via MS Teams, email, and calls.
• Provide operational support during non-functional testing of digital products.
• Oversee race-weekend procedures to support live digital products.
