Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Duration: 12 months FTC
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum / £19 - £25 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Location: 3 days in Tongwell, 2 days from home
Your New Role:
In this role, you will support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager with developing, delivering, and optimizing national media campaigns to meet sales objectives for key areas such as Product Launches and Top End Vehicles. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with creative teams, media agencies, and external partners to execute campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
- Maximizing media impact through strategic media planning and exploiting new media opportunities.
- Contributing to creative and media process development, working closely with agencies.
- Aligning marketing strategies with business goals by collaborating with internal teams including product, sales, and PR.
- Leveraging analytics to drive insights, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Ensuring brand consistency and campaign efficiency with the Region Europe Content Hub Team.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using data-driven insights for ongoing improvements.
- Providing detailed reports and presentations to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Managing budgets and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in luxury automotive or premium consumer goods sectors.
- Success in high-impact marketing campaigns, with experience in paid media and product launches.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey alignment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards for campaign insights and performance optimization.
- Experience managing creative and media agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, measure, and improve results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Advanced presentation skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
