Job description

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Duration: 12 months FTC
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (£19 - £25 per hour)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: 3 days in Tongwell, Milton Keynes, 2 days from home

Job Description:

In this role, you will support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in developing, delivering, and optimizing national media campaigns to support sales objectives for key business areas such as product launches and top-end vehicles. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with creative teams, media agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
  2. Maximizing media efficiency and impact through strategic media planning and exploring new media opportunities.
  3. Understanding the creative and media process to contribute confidently to campaign development, working closely with agencies.
  4. Aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with internal teams.
  5. Leveraging analytics for insights, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to generate leads.
  6. Ensuring brand consistency and campaign efficiency by working with the Content Hub Team and utilizing central assets.
  7. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, using data to optimize future initiatives.
  8. Providing detailed reports and presentations to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  9. Managing budgets and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in luxury automotive or premium consumer goods industries.
  • Successful track record in high-impact marketing campaigns, including paid media and product launches.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey alignment.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards for campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing creative and media agencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and analytical mindset to measure, test, and improve results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior levels.
