We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing efforts across organic, paid, and demand generation channels, with a focus on campaign measurement and optimisation to improve pipeline impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Digital Performance & Analytics: Track and analyse KPIs across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot to derive insights for performance improvement.
  2. Paid Media & Demand Capture: Collaborate with teams to optimise paid campaigns for CPL, conversion rates, and ROI, employing A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
  3. SEO & Organic Growth: Lead regional SEO initiatives, focusing on technical improvements, content optimisation, and link-building, using SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  4. Website & CRO: Improve website and landing page performance through UX testing, personalisation, and CRO techniques, working with developers and designers.
  5. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Support email nurture programmes and lead scoring, analysing funnel performance to enhance segmentation and conversion.
Skills and Experience
  1. Proven experience in digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social media, and marketing automation.
  3. Experience managing demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, SEMrush.
  5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
