Job description

Are you driven by results and showcasing your skills? If so, we’d love you to join us at CODE Student Accommodation.

As our Marketing Manager, you will work to deliver high-quality tactics consistently, either creating them yourself or nurturing our existing team.

You'll be given the opportunity to drive forward your own personal development by taking day-to-day ownership of CODE’s main marketing channels – including our website, paid advertising and social media. You will also set up pre-existing campaigns and have input into new ones.

This is a hands-on role. The majority of your time will be spent in our Leicester office, with at least twice-monthly travel to our Coventry office and some out of hours work. Overtime is paid or can be taken back in lieu.

On a day-to-day basis you may be setting up META adverts, working with external production companies to make videos or designing printed collateral with internal/external resource. You'll take ownership of our Marketing Microsoft Planner boards too, ensuring consistent campaign delivery.

Reporting to and working closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing, your role will translate the marketing strategy into a tangible year-long marketing plan each cycle.

Success will be measured by key metrics and potentially financially rewarded with annual review bonuses.

Salary £45,000 - £48,000 pa (plus overtime).
