Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and, to help achieve this mission, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with digital experience to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis to develop, implement, track, and optimise innovative digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The role is ideal for someone who is an excellent data analyst who can use data to understand trends and take actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including planning, content creation, design and reporting
  • Collaborate with our paid ad agency and in-house design team to provide relevant marketing resources, and optimise integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels including search, social and display
  • Set up and manage integrated digital ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns using 6Sense to target high-value accounts and drive lead generation.
  • Create emails and serve as the primary point of contact with media partners and content syndication agencies, tracking the impact of their efforts on brand awareness and lead generation
  • Implement KPIs, monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, generate monthly reports and make data-driven recommendations to improve digital programmes
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimise digital marketing strategies and campaigns for better conversions and keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team on event support, campaign administration, and reporting to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the Senior Demand Generation Manager, assisting with various tasks as needed
Skills
  • Significant experience in digital marketing and fully integrated campaigns, ideally within a B2B tech SaaS business
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, tailored copy for a range of target audience segments
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Hubspot CMS and email marketing
  • Proficient with other tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce, Tableau/ PowerBI, LinkedIn, 6Sense.
