Job summary

The Cairn Group Central Support team is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead website management, digital performance and innovation across our hospitality portfolio.

You will optimise WordPress content, drive SEO and UX, develop digital content and landing pages, analyse performance data, collaborate with agencies and venue teams, and support CRM activities to boost direct bookings and guest engagement.

We're looking for a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to join our Central Support team. With a strong focus on website management, digital performance and innovation, you'll play an important role in optimising our digital platforms, improving customer experiences and delivering activity that drives direct bookings, engagement and commercial growth across our hospitality portfolio.

• Manage and optimise website content using WordPress CMS, with a focus on SEO, website structure, user experience (UX), customer journeys, testing and conversion optimisation.

• Create engaging digital content and landing pages, using digital copywriting and search optimisation to improve search and AI visibility, guest engagement, direct bookings and enquiries.

• Use digital analytics, performance data and KPIs to monitor results, identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

• Work closely with agencies, central and venue teams across PPC, paid social, SEO, web development and data, supporting agency briefs, campaign performance reviews and ongoing optimisation.

• Support CRM and customer data activity including data segmentation, personalisation, testing, data integrations and GDPR best practice.

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and projects across owned channels, contributing to wider marketing strategy and managing priorities, timelines and delivery across hotels, restaurants, spas, weddings, meetings and events.

• Champion digital innovation, exploring emerging technologies, AI, personalisation platforms and new digital tools to improve customer experience, efficiency and marketing performance.
