Job summary

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager – Google Ads, PPC & SEO in Mansfield. You will lead a three-site digital marketing strategy, manage a substantial Google Ads budget, and drive online sales growth across e‑commerce brands.

The role is fully office-based in Mansfield with opportunities to shape future growth and work directly with company Directors. Competitive salary £40,000–£50,000, 35 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large Google Ads budgets and PPC campaigns.
• Track record of increasing online sales and ROAS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy across three e‑commerce websites.
• Manage Google Ads, PPC and SEO activities to grow online sales.
• Develop multi‑channel campaigns including email and social.
• Analyse performance data, conversions and revenue to identify growth.
• Oversee budgets, profitability and reporting to Directors.
• Lead and develop the digital marketing team and external partners.
