You will own the end-to-end funnel from lead to customer signup, optimise campaigns, and use AI to spin up variants and surface patterns. The role requires at least four years in digital marketing, knowledge of e-commerce and marketing automation, and the ability to manage budgets and mentor the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of digital marketing experience across channels.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, marketing automation and customer optimization.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver conversion marketing strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across channels.
• Contribute to customer journey improvements including renewals, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Support rollout of new marketing technologies including AI-driven campaigns and automation software.
• Maintain brand reputation on Trustpilot, Google reviews, PR and listings on comparison sites.
• Provide strategic leadership for lead generation and conversion activities to maximise acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop marketing team members and manage marketing budgets.
