Lyreco Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Product & Services team's multi-channel digital activity. You will own CRM, lifecycle journeys, content, SEO, paid media and analytics, shaping customer acquisition and retention across the digital landscape.

You will manage a team while hands-on in delivery, using data and commercial judgment to prioritise time and investment for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across digital marketing channels
• CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise
• Understanding of paid media and customer journey
• CMS, SEO, content, lead generation and analytics experience
• People leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop digital marketing across multiple channels for customer acquisition and growth.
• Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, web, social and content.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, including segmentation, journeys, onboarding, retention and reactivation.
• Support PPC and paid social, optimise audiences and campaign performance with internal teams and agencies.
• Improve website and customer journeys via CMS management, landing pages and conversion tactics.
• Develop SEO, content and organic social activity using customer behavior data.
• Use GA4, CRM and campaign data to measure performance and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Customer Insight, Sales and Product teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team.
