We're looking to speak with B2B digital marketing professionals who have had a particular focus on measurable campaigns activity. If you've worked heavily within email marketing, analytics and social media (with a paid media focus) this role could be one to consider.

The business in question is leading global provider of technology solutions which push businesses to innovate and optimize their processes. In short, it's B2B technology... and as such, people with a B2B solutions lead tech industry background will be favored.

As their Digital Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in executing their digital marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads, build brand awareness, and support their ambitious growth objectives which are already very impressive.

You will be responsible for leveraging a range of digital channels, with a strong focus on email marketing, SEM, and paid media, to effectively reach and engage their target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of digital marketing strategy aligned with the client's overall business goals and targeting the B2B solutions lead technology market.
  • Lead and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment and analysis, including list segmentation, content creation (in collaboration with content teams), automation workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Manage and optimize their Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy, including keyword research, campaign creation, bid management, and performance monitoring across platforms like Google Ads.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, industry-specific platforms) to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI across all campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the B2B technology space.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Requirements (ideally):

  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on email marketing, SEM (Google Ads), and paid media (LinkedIn Ads preferred) within a B2B technology environment.
  • Some proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation principles would be a big bonus.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
