A standout opportunity is available for a Digital Growth Manager to drive new customer acquisition across paid digital channels within the vibrant world of professional hair and beauty. From PPC, SEO and Affiliates to Paid Social and Lead Generation, you ll be the driving force behind bringing beauty professionals and enthusiasts into the business. Collaborating closely with CRM, eCommerce and Insights teams, you ll shape and deliver campaigns that generate traffic, convert leads, and drive ROI across the UK and European markets.
This Bracknell-based role offers a salary of up to GBP70,000 depending on experience, with hybrid working, generous benefits, and the chance to work at the forefront of innovation in the professional beauty sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital channel performance across SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and Retargeting to attract customers in the hair and beauty industry.
Develop campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for both professional trade and retail beauty customers.
Explore new acquisition channels, manage agency relationships, and evaluate campaign ROI.
Work cross-functionally to deliver data-led, personalised acquisition strategies.
Oversee lead generation funnels to convert beauty professionals, students, and retailers into loyal customers.
Report on marketing performance and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and customer value.
Skills & Experience:
Over 8 years experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to SEO, PPC and lead generation in a B2C or retail setting.
Previous work in the hair and beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable.
Confident managing multiple agencies and channel partners with a commercial focus.
Skilled in Google Analytics and digital data analysis for performance optimisation.
Understanding of GDPR and PECR in digital campaigns, especially around cookies and consent.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for emerging digital trends.
