Job Overview
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of digital data across all company brands, ensuring assets and content are well-structured, current, and optimised for performance, user experience, and SEO.Develop and analyse data to enhance marketing campaigns, uncover growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Marketing Executive to implement marketing campaigns through multiple channels
- Manage and maintain structured website data including product listings, content pages, metadata, and digital assets
- Upload and update website content using a CMS
- Analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign performance across channels
- Monitor website performance data and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain annual price files and product marketing data, performing regular audits
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and specifications across the site
- Segment audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design and IT teams to align content with business goals
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Help manage marketing calendar and delivering to deadlines
- Work closely with the product design team to understand how to portray new products
Experience & Knowledge Required
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Background in B2B marketing
- Marketing qualification (preferred)
- Furniture experience and knowledge of manufacturing is an advantage
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with keyword research tools and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working across multiple social media and video platforms
- Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Up to date with the latest design trends and techniques
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms or product data management
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
