Remote working in the UK, with a requirement to travel to our sites and attend team meetings

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in delivering engaging digital multi-channel content with a high attention to detail. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Executive and CRM Manager. The role will focus on ensuring digital content across all channels are aligned and web content across all Parkwood’s portfolio is up to date and optimised to maximise performance.

What You’ll Do

Website

  • Keep our portfolio of websites up-to-date with scheduled content improvements.
  • Handle site requests for website support, updating content for the full portfolio of websites
  • Create engaging content that is SEO optimised to achieve key marketing KPIs
  • Audit and manage web pages to ensure best practice is being adhered to.
  • Support in using reporting tools to improve and maintain current search rankings for key terms
  • Support in delivering a testing plan that continually improves website performance against key Marketing KPI’s

Digital Channels

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure content is up to date and aligned across all digital channels including web, app, CRM and Google My Business
  • Manage and keep up to date Google My Business pages for Leisure Centre sites
  • Ensure reviews are being replied to on Google My Business pages via our central CRM system
  • Support in the creation and delivery of CRM campaigns on email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMS
  • Support in the management of the app design and content to maximise engagement and retention
  • Support the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in implementing the testing plan for CRM
  • Work with a 3rd party partner and Leisure Centre sites to ensure Life Fitness screens are up to date and promoting key messages

Experience

You'll have 2 or more years experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on:

  • Working across multiple areas of digital marketing
  • Updating website content within a CMS platform. Experience with Magnolia CMS is preferable.
  • Creating engaging copy across multiple channels
  • Implementing and maintaining best practice SEO.
  • Managing a Google My Business account
  • Working with key stakeholders

You’ll have

  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Understanding of best practices to improve digital user experience
