Job summary

JBS Executive Education Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive on a fixed-term maternity cover (9 months) with a 40-hour week and a 6-month probation. You will craft content across digital channels, nurture audiences and convert engagement into participation in transformative executive education programmes.

The role focuses on managing organic social, supporting Open Programmes marketing, and coordinating campaigns via Dynamics, WordPress, Canva and Hootsuite.

Qualifications

• Experience in online marketing including email, social media and search marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage organic and paid social content for Open Programmes using Canva.
• Segment audiences and craft targeted emails in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Insights.
• Assist with WordPress web editing and CMS updates.
• Create regular newsletters and ad-hoc campaigns in Dynamics.
• Organise digital events and webinars with faculty.
• Support internal communications and promotional activities.
• Engage suppliers and manage ad-hoc marketing projects.
• Source testimonials and guest blogs for blogs and social posts.
• Maintain Open landing pages and track leads via Dynamics.
