Job summary

Food and Drink Federation in London is seeking a Digital Executive to manage day-to-day on FDF's website, CRM and email campaigns. You will ensure digital content is accurate, accessible and engaging, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality digital communications.

You will work with marketing, membership and communications teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and digital standards, with 2-3 days in the office weekly in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital content and platforms including CMS, CRM and email marketing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail for content, links, formatting and data.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain web pages aligned to brand and digital standards.
• Support delivery of email communications, newsletters and campaigns with segmentation and tracking.
• Maintain CRM and marketing platform data to support quality data and audience targeting.
• Provide first-line support for website, CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot digital platform issues and escalate when needed.
• Use analytics to report on performance and identify improvements.
• Contribute to SEO, testing and quality assurance across digital channels.
