Job summary

Crest Nicholson plc invites applications from a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our premium housebuilding brands online. You will help manage multi-channel campaigns, drive lead generation, and optimize the customer journey across email, SEO, PPC, and property portals.

Working with the Head of Digital, you’ll maintain CMS content, support UX improvements, and analyze data to boost engagement and conversion rates across divisions.

Qualifications

• Proven background in digital marketing and/or marketing
• Degree in marketing or related field
• Experience with CMS, SEO, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, PPC, SEO and portals
• Assist in creation and deployment of customer milestone campaigns
• Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword research and content updates
• Maintain website content via CMS and ensure accurate property listings
