Job summary

Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns from our Caterham office. You will manage the company website via CMS, drive high-quality leads, and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.

You will create engaging content for emails, landing pages, videos and social posts, while analysing performance with analytics tools and CRM data to continually improve results and reduce cost per lead.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in digital marketing or similar role, ideally in property/construction.
Professional qualification in Digital Marketing is advantageous
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills using Canva and/or Adobe Suite
Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Video editing experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads.
Manage and update the company website and development pages via CMS, implement SEO best practices, and monitor performance to improve visibility.
Collaborate on creating engaging, on-brand content including emails, landing pages, digital brochures, videos, and social posts.
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns, analyse performance using analytics tools and CRM data, and provide insights to continually improve results and reduce cost per lead.
Work with Marketing Coordinator and agency to ensure all digital activity aligns with brand strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
