Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, email and display. You will manage the company website and CMS, implement SEO best practices, and analyse performance to improve visibility and lead quality.

You will craft engaging content for emails, landing pages, digital brochures and social posts, while growing brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in property/construction.
• Professional qualification in Digital Marketing is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation with Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Video editing experience is advantageous; Foleon desirable but not essential.
