Anthropologie is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our EU marketing initiatives within the ecommerce team. You’ll help manage paid search, social, display, affiliates and SEO to grow EU customer acquisition.

We value sharp numeracy, strong communication, and a passion for online retail. This role suits someone who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven optimization across channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with digital marketing channels.
• Experience in a retail ecommerce environment is preferred.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to learn ad building and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Marketing team in executing the EU strategy.
• Assist in day-to-day management and optimisation of channels.
• Help with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
• Liaise with external digital agencies to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with online trading and buying teams for promo calendars.
• Plan and book promotional activity with key affiliates.
• Create and coordinate digital content and campaigns.
• Provide SEO input with ecommerce teams.
• Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure assets are briefed and delivered ahead of launches.
