Job summary

Impact Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager for a broad, multi-channel role in a fast-growing consumer retail brand with a strong UK presence. You will work with the senior Marketing & DTC team to deliver campaigns that build the brand, drive sales and improve customer experience.

You'll lead social media, influencer activity, PPC/SEO/display, analytics and E-commerce marketing, while mentoring a Marketing Executive and coordinating with agencies and retailers

Qualifications

• Consumer-facing marketing experience required.
• Strong PPC, SEO, display and social skills.
• Experience managing external agencies or PR groups.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and retail marketing.
• Experience mentoring junior marketing talent.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel campaigns to build the brand and drive sales.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns.
• Support development of TV advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Retail partners to align marketing activity.
• Develop and mentor a Marketing Executive.
• Bring new ideas and use data to continuously improve performance.
