Job Description

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage the digital marketing team and manage all digital marketing channels - website (Shopify), SEO, Paid advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media.
• Measure ROI and KPIs and manage budget.
• Partner with different teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
• Identify advertising needs and establish best practices in digital marketing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager should have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven experience in managing website, customer database, email, social media and paid search & advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Shopify, web design and HTML.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Strategic abilities with a creative mindset.
• Industry experience working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or homeware brands.
• Desired: Partnership experience
