Job summary

York St John University London Campus is recruiting a Digital Training Tutor on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover for 9 months. The role is based in London, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with pattern to be agreed with Academic Services Manager.

You will design and deliver engaging learning opportunities, develop digital learning resources, and support students and staff to build digital confidence, information literacy, and AI literacy across Business and Computer & Data Science

Qualifications

The role requires the ability to learn, adapt, and troubleshoot across digital tools.
Passionate about education and helping students develop digital confidence and skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, practical terms.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging learning opportunities using digital tools in academic and professional contexts.
Develop high-quality digital learning resources and workshops.
Support digital capability, information literacy, assistive technology and AI literacy across programmes.
Support Business and Computer & Data Science programmes, including international students.
Contribute to inclusive and effective digital learning across the University.
