Job summary

The University of Nottingham Education and Student Experience Team in the School of Life Sciences seeks an enthusiastic Administrator to contribute to teaching and learning delivery. You will manage diverse admin tasks, support digital learning resources, and be the first point of contact for students and staff.

You will assist with events like open days, inductions and graduations, support committees, and handle day-to-day purchasing and arranging travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
• Proven IT skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of administrative procedures to support teaching and learning delivery.
• Be the first point of contact for students and academic colleagues across the school.
• Support open days, student induction, graduation and other events to enhance the student experience.
• Provide administrative support to committee groups and day-to-day purchasing of goods, services and travel.
