Historic England have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as our Digital Learning Specialist.

This is a Full Time, Fixed-Term Contract until 31st March 2026.

The location of this role is National where we offer hybrid working, you will be based in one of our following offices and from home - Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) and Cambridge.

National (Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth): £31,361 pro rata

What you will be doing

The Digital Learning Specialist is integral in the provision of Learning and Development (L&D) for Historic England. In line with the Digital Strategy, the role is critical to support wider training provision and digital initiatives to staff.

Working with the Learning and Development Manager and the Digital Strategy People Projects Officer, you will support the ongoing digital training needs of the organisation, particularly around but not limited to, Mircosoft365 applications. As our Digital Learning Specialist, you will work to develop and train staff to meet these needs, in close collaboration with other key teams across the organisation, ensuring that digital and data skills are maintain.
