Salary Range: £27,514.85 - £34,873.54, E18-E26
Actual Salary (FTE £31,988.92 - £40,544.17)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks TTO

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Cognition and Learning Specialist Tutor to join our Health Education and Foundation Learning team, reporting to the Course Leader in Foundation Learning. This role offers the opportunity to support the development of Further Education provision for learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Work with cohorts of learners with High Needs and Educational Health and Care Plans.
  • Support learners with special educational needs and disabilities using a calm, compassionate, and consistent approach.
  • Contribute to curriculum and tutorial activities, requiring high levels of communication and effective support for learners.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working with learners with special educational needs and disabilities and possess a calm, compassionate approach.
