Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Digital Technical Training Officer to support the Baxi Technical Training Team in developing and delivering world‑class training resources for employees and customers.

The role leads the development of the digital training offer, identifies new learning approaches, works with the training team to plan and deliver digital content, manages the platforms used to provide this training, and produces and maintains digital learning materials.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of digital learning technologies and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Experience benchmarking best practices to improve efficiency and raise standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and develop resources.
• Develop digital training materials to enhance delivery to customers and employees.
• Maintain and manage internal and external eLearning platforms.
• Collaborate with the training team to plan and deliver digital content.
