Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Digital Technical Training Officer to support the Baxi Technical Training Team in developing and delivering digital training resources for employees and customers. You will lead the digital training offer, identify new learning approaches, and manage platforms hosting training content.

The role requires strong knowledge of learning management systems, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and experience benchmarking best practices.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of digital learning technologies including LMS and eLearning platforms.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with departmental managers to benchmark best practice, improve efficiency and raise standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital training materials to enhance the delivery of training courses to Baxi customers.
• Maintain internal and external eLearning platforms.
• Identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and develop appropriate resources.
• Produce and maintain digital learning materials and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Flexible working hours; may require evenings or weekends.
• Develop relationships with local schools and colleges to promote Baxi and industry opportunities.
