Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Digital Learning Development & Delivery Co-ordinator to lead the digital skills provision for adults. You will manage courses, support tutors, and promote programmes across the county, with around 20% teaching time and flexible working options.

The role requires a teaching qualification, IT qualifications or relevant experience, and the ability to collaborate with funders and awarding bodies. Travel across the county is expected.

Qualifications

• A relevant and approved teaching qualification is required.
• IT-specific qualification at Level 3 or equivalent with digital field experience; Maths/English NVQ2+ is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing the provision of Adult Learning digital skills, ensuring well-run classes and high educational quality.
• Promote classes and recruit new learners; handle course administration and tutor support.
• Manage attendance, behaviour and ensure timely results and certificates.
• Coordinate teaching staff and plan for busy periods; oversee assessments and moderation.
• Spend around 20% of time teaching Digital Skills to adults face to face.
